Galvanized

Galvanizing is a metal coating process that applies a protective zinc layer to steel or iron substrates to prevent corrosion through sacrificial anode protection. Common methods include hot-dip galvanizing(immersing steel in molten zinc) and electro-galvanizing(electrolytic zinc deposition). Galvanized steel combines the strength of steel with zinc’s anti-corrosive properties, widely used in construction, power transmission towers, automotive parts, pipelines, and outdoor infrastructure.

Applications: Spangle suits architectural and appliance uses; non-spangle is preferred for automotive and precision engineering.
